Steve joined Harver in 2022, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in driving innovation in enterprise software companies and building high-performance teams. Initially serving as CTO, Steve was elevated to the CEO position in 2023. Prior to joining Harver, Steve was CTO of Monotype, a leader in the global font industry, where he was instrumental in leading the integration of several acquisitions and launch of the industry’s first SaaS platform. He currently serves on the board of Esperanza Academy.
Steve holds a BS in Computer Science from Fitchburg State College, an MSCS from The George Washington University, and completed the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School.
